How to lose weight but not reduce your food intake

Only recently, I have been increasing my steps. My original target was 5000 steps which was easyy achievable as everyday I’m doing around 12 to 14,000. I put it low so I know I can achieve it so it makes me feel good. It’s called a feel good factor.

Over the last two months I’ve lost 10lbs and I’m feeling it in my clothes and more toned. I haven’t changed my eating habits it’s my exercising habits which I’ve increased to burn off whatever I eat, including donuts, et cetera.

I’m writing this to encourage anybody who wants to start exercising . It’s just one step at a time. First of all set targets which are achievable. Don’t set targets that you will never achieve and feel down all the time. Do an easy one then increase it as you go along.

I put my weight and height in a statistics chart and I’ve now gone from obese to overweight. 😂

You can achieve anything you want to achieve. You just have to try.
